The old railroad bed that I’ve been hiking near my house for the past few weeks has been a gold mine for wildlife photos. This frog dove into a puddle when I came along, but then just floated there while I took a few photos. I guess frogs feel safe when they’re in the water. Either that, or it was blinded by my flash and couldn’t see well enough to find an escape route.
