I think a lot of people in the New England area miss out on Cape Cod in the colder months. The beaches look just as nice as they do in summer time and there’s no traffic (which is completely different than summer time). Although it is kind of tough to go swimming when the water temperature is 38 degrees fahrenheit.
This was one of the birds I saw today on the beach in Sandwich. The bay was very calm and the visibility was great… all the way to the horizon.
